Shipping Information & Policies
Processing and Shipping Information:
All orders ship from Milton, Ontario. Online orders entered are processed the following business day after they are placed and require 2 business days for processing. HillsviewCafe does not ship on Statutory Holidays.
There are times when an order may require additional processing time due to the size of the order, location of the products, or volume of orders being processed. If your order is delayed, you will receive notification from our Customer Service Department.
Shipping Rates and Services:
Orders that are over $35.00 before tax qualify for free ground shipping within the Town of Milton.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post outside the town of Milton. Delivery timelines are given in business days.
Orders are subject to Canada post rates and weights of the products being shipped.

Please note orders require 3 business days for processing prior to shipping.

- Expedited Parcel:
2 – 9 Business Days – $10.00
1 – 2 Business Days – $15.00
All parcels that are over $100.00 will have a Signature Requirement. Canada Post will not release this parcel to the customer without a signature, I.D. maybe required by Canada Post.
Tracking your order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from HillsviewCafe that includes a link to your Canada Post tracking information. Your tracking number should be active within 24-48 hours of the creation of your shipping label.
Out of stock items:
If an item is found to be unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy or another factor, the item will be removed from your order and you will be notified. You will not be charged for any items that are not available. When you submit an order through our online store, your credit card is pre-authorized for the total cost of the ordered product(s), applicable taxes, and shipping costs. When your order is shipped, HillsviewCafe will charge an amount that reflects the total cost of the shipped product(s), applicable taxes, and shipping costs. Items that are cancelled due to being out of stock will not be included in the final charge to your card.

For special requests, please contact our Customer Service Department during regular business hours (9:00 am – 6:00pm Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm Saturday). at 905-875-1500.
